Use of Cuefy
Cuefy provides software for DJs, artists, and live acts to manage bookings, clients, invoices, reports, calendars, and related workflows.
You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate, protecting your login details, and using Cuefy only for lawful business purposes.
Trial and Subscriptions
Cuefy may offer a free trial. After the trial period, continued access to paid features may require an active Pro subscription.
Prices, plan contents, and trial conditions are shown on the website or inside the app and may be updated for future billing periods.
Payments and Cancellation
Paid subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected. You may cancel your subscription before the next billing period, unless different terms are shown during checkout.
You remain responsible for taxes, invoice details, and business records created or exported with Cuefy.
User Content and Data
You keep responsibility for the content and data you enter into Cuefy, including client information, gig details, invoices, website content, and imported files.
You must make sure that you have the required rights and permissions to process and upload such data.
Availability and Changes
Cuefy is maintained with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed. Features may be improved, changed, limited, or removed as the product evolves.
Liability
Cuefy is provided as a workflow tool. To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for indirect damages, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption is excluded.

Information about how personal data is handled is available in the Privacy Policy.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law, unless mandatory consumer protection rules require otherwise.
Updates
These terms may be updated when Cuefy changes its plans, features, legal setup, or operational requirements.
